The Senior HRIS Analyst will be responsible forWorkday configuration, support, and reporting.
Manage and maintain Workday; serve as functional and technical expert. Continually research, test and stayup to dateon all Workday releases and fixes. Maintain quality, consistency and integrity of HRIS systems and data.
Consult with stakeholders to understand the structure, policies, and operations of the organization and recommend Workday solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
Perform system administration functions including set-up tasks, business process configuration, testing, custom objects, calculated fields, and processing of EIBs.Troubleshoot, analyze, detect, identify and correct complex technical problems and deficiencies.
Oversee steady-state projects like merit/bonus cycle and integration of newly acquired companies.
Ensure system security permissions are appropriately set up. Adhere and support HCM SOX control compliance.
Basic Qualifications (BQs)
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s and5years or HS/GED and9years
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
Education: Bachelor’s inBusinessAnalysis,Human Resources,IT, Math
Experience:8years ofrelatedexperienceincluding Human Resources, Information Systems, Analytics
