The primary focus of the Cloud Support Engineer is in delivering, monitoring and improving the running of our critical client infrastructure. Further, the Solutions Engineer acts as a resource to the Sales team for the discovery, design and implementation of new client infrastructure and engineering services across all supported platforms. This is a client-facing role requiring consultative engagement with clients and internal teams on a regular basis.
Ensure solutions meet or exceed customer requirements.
Design, deploy and document new client services
Consult on and provide engineering services from our supported technology offerings to new and existing clients.
Engage with Pre-Sales Engineers to satisfy prospect enquiries. Attend prospect meetings to provide technical representation.
3+ Years experience in combination of Systems Administration, Networking and Software Development roles.
1+ Years experience working with AWS infrastructure.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
