Account Executive - Promotional Solutions
The Account Executive is responsible for strategic growth of existing enterprise and mid-market accounts for promotional products, thus effectively maximizing Deluxe’s wallet share inside defined verticals. The role is accountable for growing revenues within organizations through effective account planning and the demonstration of strategic selling skills.
Manages and grows client executive relationships to drive expansion and renewals across all Promo solution areas. Identifies and exploits new opportunities within a customer's structure.Realizes revenue targets to maximize sales opportunities through connecting client needs with Deluxe offerings and solutions.
Develops business partner relationship with Enterprise / Mid Market clients; interacts with multiple contact points, internal and external. Understands and effectively maneuvers through the politics associated with competitive bids and existing vendor relationships. Demonstrates ability to address the complexities associated with the decision-making process.Differentiates between supporters and detractors and appropriately addresses each.
Closely partners with leadership to drive account strategy. Develops and executes against the strategy, adjusting as appropriate or as the business climate dictates.
Education and Experience: Bachelors and 3 years or HS/GED and 7 years
Experience: 4 years in Direct Sales, B2B Promo products, Print Products
Builds rapport with clients, team members and leadership
Understands the client’s needs and offers a solution by matching product features and benefits to their pain points.
Takes a consultative approach and puts customer’s needs first
Is able to find leads and build a strong pipeline
Takes accountability for their actions, progress and results
