The Senior Customer Support Analyst (Senior CSA) serves as a WAUSAU liaison for our outsourcing vendors and customers. This includes receipt, research, and resolution on all customer's processing issues. This also includes receipt and analysis of vendor/customer adds/deletes/changes of parameter or program requirements.  Tracking of open requests is reported to the Operations Support & Customer Relations Manager.  The Senior CSA is responsible for vendor/customer oversight to ensure timely turnaround of requests for subsequent customer approval and vendor development.

In addition, the Senior CSA is a direct escalation contact for our vendors/customers to WAUSAU support and is responsible for maintaining all outsourcing customer notification lists on Outlook and/or CRM. The Senior CSA participates in any strategic planning meetings with the vendor/customer as the Outsourcing Operations representative and works in partnership with the overall WAUSAU Outsourcing teams.  The Senior CSA also serves as a mentor and role model for the Customer Support Analysts. This includes providing guidance and support for team members and assist with open tickets/issues.

  • Primary point of contact for vendor/customer related issues. 
  • Acts as a mentor/role model for Customer Support Analysts.  
  • Provides leadership to Customer Support Analysts in resolving complicated issues.
  • Acts as an internal WAUSAU reference for any information needed relating to outsourcing vendors/customers.
  • Responsible for vendor service level compliance.

Basic Qualifications:

Education and Experience:  HS/GED and 4 years experience in banking or remittance industry.   Basic knowledge of several OS systems and networking.  

Proficient in the use of customer tracking software.   Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.   In-depth experience/knowledge of Excel. 

Preferred Qualification:

Education and Experience:

•    Associates or Certificate

    2+ years of advanced experience with a respective WAUSAU product.
•    WAUSAU Application knowledge required.
•    1+ years Working knowledge of banking or remittance industry. 
•    3+ years’ experience working with large customer accounts.
•    1+ years’ experience  Proficient in the use of the Microsoft product suite of software. Must have experience with Microsoft product suite of software, especially an in-depth working knowledge of Excel Worksheets.
•    Basic Knowledge of operating systems and networking.
•    Proficient in the use of customer tracking software….such as Salesforce Service Console, Formstack, Service Magic, Service Now, etc.
•    3 years of advanced experience with respective WAUSAU products.
•    3 years of Customer Service or Software Application Installations, 
•    3 years WAUSAU experience strongly preferred.
•    Advanced Knowledge of system configuration and application architecture.
