Are you passionate about building partnerships and driving business growth? Join our team and help expand MyCorp’s registration services by identifying and securing new opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship-building.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Director of Services Operations to generate new business and grow our partner network. You’ll use a multi-channel sourcing approach—including phone outreach, email campaigns, and social media engagement—to connect with potential partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate New Business: Proactively source and secure new partners for MyCorp using phone calls, personalized emails, and social media platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Cross-Sell to Existing Customers: Identify and execute opportunities to offer additional products and services to current MyCorp clients.
  • Expand Partner Network: Engage with current partners to explore new partnership opportunities and deepen existing relationships.
  • Leverage Professional Networks: Identify and qualify external professionals—such as attorneys, CPAs, payroll providers, and financial advisors—as potential new partners.
  • Customize Sales Strategies: Develop targeted outreach plans based on client needs. Respond to RFPs, answer inquiries, and follow up with prospects to move deals forward.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Marketing

  • 3 years experience in Sales or Marketing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Marketing

  • 5 years experience in sales or marketing

  • 3 years experience in lead generation and prospect management

  • 3 years experience working with C-Level Executives

Must be 18 years of age or older

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
