Inbound Sales Representative

Primarily responsible for inbound calls from clients that have connected with MyCorporation previously.  Review client needs when they are calling.  This is a consultative relationship.  Place order ensuring accuracy of order and follow up with customer. 

  • Responsible to do the discovery for client call.  Once there is an understanding of client needs and MyCorporation ability to solve need, responsible to close the sale ensuring all the client’s needs are met.   

  • Account management of customer base.  Responsible to understand what sales have been converted and follow up with customer if the conversation has not happened.  Continue to understand customer needs and if there are solutions to solve those needs. 

  • Efficiently enter accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken.  Confirm with customer that information is accurate and entered into the internal system. 

 

Basic Qualifications:

Education and Experience: HS/GED and 2 years  experience in inside sales and administrative work.  

Experience with Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Associate Degree

Experience: Exceptional phone and interpersonal skills.  Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Understands the client’s needs and offers a solution by matching product features and benefits to their pain points.
  • Takes a consultative approach and puts customer’s needs first
  • Is able to find leads and build a strong pipeline

Additional Basic Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00 hourly. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
