Job Description:

Engaged in pre-sale to define requirements and architect specific product solutions post-sale.

Job Responsibilities:

• Architect solutions based on client needs but within our product standards by understanding and articulating key client needs and aligning functionality to those needs. 

• Work with Sales to provide technical product sales on non-standard solutions.  Including demos, assistance in pricing, proposal, and SOW support on product specifications

• Responsible for ensuring implementation success of non-standard solutions by overseeing that the client accurately and completely provides an implementation package timely, and that the implementation team meets the clients’ expectations and requirements

• Identify and solve customer business needs by providing subject matter expertise and customizing Deluxe’s products and services, (including “how” we deliver and support) and our product standards

Basic Qualifications:

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s and 5 years or HS/GED and 9 years

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors Degree

Experience: 5 Years

Additional Basic Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $145,000.00 - $160,000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
